Brian Hopkins

Brian Hopkins serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Distribution Strategy Group since February 2024. Brian also served as Vice President of Customer Services at Redi Carpet-MultiFamily Flooring, managing customer support for 38 branches, and had extensive experience at Hisco, Inc. in various leadership roles focused on customer experience, including Vice President of Customer Experience. Prior experience includes significant positions at HD Supply and Grainger, emphasizing operational integration and customer service improvement. Brian holds an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology and a BA from Loras College.
