Mohamad Elias

Mohamad Elias has extensive experience in the retail and human resources sectors, currently serving as the Field Human Resources Manager at Azadea Group since February 2005. In this role, Mohamad oversees store operations at Zara in The Dubai Mall, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals while collaborating with the HR team on recruitment processes. Previous positions include Department Manager, where customer service standards were upheld, and Regional Coordinator as a Merchandiser for various brands across the UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, and part of Europe. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role in the UK, overseeing design quality at an architectural project in Abu Dhabi.
