Shannel K. Glover

Shannel K. Glover, MLER, has extensive experience in employee development and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Development at the United States Postal Service since September 1995. Glover's roles have included Employee Development Specialist, Training and Diversity Associate, and Learning and Development Specialist, focusing on training, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Additionally, Glover is a Human Resource Instructor at Middlesex County College's New Brunswick Center since September 2018 and serves as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the American Postal Workers Union, Midstate, since April 2011. Glover holds a Master's Degree in Labor and Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
