In 2009, the founding team at Azalea Health came together with a shared goal of creating a better way to deliver healthcare. With experience in both the technology and healthcare industries, they set out to create a platform that would make it easier for providers to access patient data and improve care coordination. After years of development and testing, Azalea Health was launched in 2013 and has since been helping providers across the country improve patient care.
