Lars Murgård

Lars Murgård is the Vice President of Development at Azelio. Lars has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, holding various positions in Quality, Reliability, and Powertrain Integration.

Lars began their career at Volvo Cars in 1988 as a Quality and Reliability Engineer. In 1991, they became the Quality Manager at Kongsberg Automotive. Lars returned to Volvo Cars in 1994 as the Director of Powertrain Installation. In 2013, they joined CEVT (China-Euro Vehicle Technology AB) as the Vice President of Powertrain Integration. Lars remained in this position until 2018 when they joined Jaguar Land Rover as the Chief Program Engineer. Lars left Jaguar Land Rover in 2021 and is currently enjoying a sabbatical in Sweden.

Lars Murgård is a mechanical engineer who received their Master of Science from Lunds University of Technology.

Lars Murgård reports to Jonas Wallmander, CEO. They are on a team with Ralf Wiesenberg - VP, Business Development, Peter Frie Gabrielsson - VP, Operations, and Torbjörn Lindquist - CTO.
