Shannon Wolak

Shannon Wolak is an experienced operations trainer at Azenta Life Sciences, responsible for the training program for the Genetic Analysis team, where leadership and strategic planning play key roles. Prior to this position, Shannon served as a Laboratory Technician II at GENEWIZ, where responsibilities included training new associates and overseeing laboratory duties, following an earlier role as a Laboratory Technician I performing Sanger Sequencing. Shannon also gained customer service experience as a Sales Associate at Torrid and held a leadership position as a Resident Advisor at Cedar Crest College, where conflict resolution and emergency management were essential. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science from Cedar Crest College, earned in 2019.
