Elvin Mehdizade

Elvin Mehdizade is an accomplished information security professional currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları - ADY / Azerbaijan Railways since April 2023. Experienced in various roles, Mehdizade previously held positions at Expressbank from 2018 to 2023, including Head of Information Security Division and Leading Specialist of Information Security Division. Prior to that, Mehdizade worked as a Technical Solutions Specialist at Avirtel LLC in 2018 and as an IT Specialist at ABB from 2017 to 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Systems Engineering from Western Caspian University, complemented by training at STEP IT Academy Azerbaijan.
