Sanuber Nazarova

Sanuber Nazarova is an experienced professional in public relations and communication, currently serving as the Head of Public Relations at Azerbaijan Railways since December 2022. Previously held positions include Public Relations Manager at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, where Sanuber developed and executed communication strategies and achieved significant media coverage. Additional experience includes roles as Communication Advisor at SOCAR Midstream Operations, Business Development Advisor to the CEO at SOCAR AQS, and various positions at Oxfam and the Embassy of Japan in Azerbaijan. Sanuber holds a PhD in Law & Human Rights from the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and a Master's degree in International Relations from Khazar University.
