Javid Jabbarli

Javid Jabbarli is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leading security operations at Azercell Telecom LLC as a Cybersecurity Coordinator and previously as a Leading Cybersecurity Specialist. Javid's expertise includes managing Security Operations Center (SOC) teams, conducting advanced security testing, and integrating modern security technologies. Prior to joining Azercell, Javid held various roles at Prosol CJSC, progressing from Tier 1 SOC Analyst to Tier 2 SOC Analyst, where responsibilities included responding to cyber threats and implementing automated incident response solutions. Javid also has a background in web development, having worked at UTECH IT SOLUTIONS and Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, contributing to the development of applications and participating in programming courses. Javid holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Azerbaijan Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineer Technology from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry.
