Toghrul Farajov, PMI-ACP, MBA, is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in project management, solution architecture, and technology consulting, currently serving as the IT Product and Service Configuration and Management Unit Head at Azercell Telecom LLC since October 2012.
