Vugar Bakhshiyev

Vugar Bakhshiyev (OCM) is a highly experienced Senior Database Administrator currently working at Azercell since February 2015. Prior to this, Vugar held positions such as Database Administration Team Leader at Azerfon, Oracle DBA at Royal Bank, and DBA at SINAM Ltd. Vugar also worked as an Oracle DBA at the Ministery of Health of Azerbaijan and as a Developer at IDRAK Technology Transfer. Vugar holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Math and Cybernetics from Baku State University.
