Anar Novruzov

Anar Novruzov currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Production and Energy at AIH since December 2020. Additionally, Anar is a member of the Supervisory Board for both Azerbaijan Airlines and Tamiz Shahar (Clean City) OJSC, as well as Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Tamiz Shahar. Anar also holds the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee at "AzerGold"​ CJSC. Prior to these roles, Anar worked at EY and Deloitte UK in various managerial positions focused on strategy, transactions, and audit. Anar possesses a Master’s Degree in Petroleum, Energy Economics and Finance from the University of Aberdeen and further educational credentials from Harvard Business School and INSEAD in CFO Leadership and Transformation Leadership, respectively. Anar completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
