Ulkar Jahangirova

Ulkar Jahangirova (Aliyeva), MBA, currently serves as the Leading Specialist of the Human Capital Development & Employee Engagement division at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ulkar Jahangirova worked at "AzerGold" CJSC from 2016, where responsibilities included Chief Specialist of the Organizational Development Division of the Human Resources Management Department, along with previous roles as Leading Specialist and Specialist of the Human Resources Department. Ulkar Jahangirova earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) between 2014 and 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baku State University from 2010 to 2014.
