Fabiana Marques

Fabiana Marques has extensive work experience in product marketing, with a focus on strategy development, go-to-market planning, and team leadership. Fabiana currently holds the position of Principal Product Marketing Manager at Azion, where they are responsible for product marketing and has been in this role since April 2023. Prior to joining Azion, Fabiana served as the Senior Manager | Product Marketing at Azion from June 2021 to April 2023.

Before their time at Azion, Fabiana was the Head of Product Marketing at OLX Brasil from May 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for generating value from product and tech solutions and leading the go-to-market strategy for OLX’s new payment solution. Fabiana also focused on understanding customer profiles, defining key messages, and analyzing customer feedback.

Prior to OLX Brasil, Fabiana worked at VAGAS.com as a Product Marketing Manager from January 2018 to April 2019, where they led the strategy for new technical solutions in the Recruitment & HR market. Fabiana also conducted pricing and market studies and managed campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Fabiana's earlier experience includes roles at Claro Brasil as a Product Marketing Manager (VAS / Alternative Channels) from April 2014 to 2017, at Nextel Telecomunicações as a Marketing Specialist from July 2012 to March 2014, at Telefonica as a Marketing Specialist from May 2007 to April 2012, at Deloitte Consulting as a Strategic Consultant from April 2005 to May 2007, and at IBM as a Marketing Intern from July 2003 to December 2004.

Fabiana Marques completed their undergraduate studies in Communication Social at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2001 to 2004. Fabiana then pursued a postgraduate degree in Administration at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2007 to 2008.
