Passionate about customer centricity, Warsame spearheads Azizi’s customer service and contracts department. Having worked for Dubai government for almost a decade, he also leads the company’s strategic business relationships with various local authorities and master developers to ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.

With extensive experience spanning more than 25 years, Warsame’s expertise includes organizational development, real estate operations, e-commerce, strategic planning, business development and customer and vendor relations. A strong leader and relationship builder, Warsame is dedicated to improving and enhancing the customer experience to create loyalty and drive company growth in the mid to long term.

Warsame’s professional experience is diverse, ranging from Dubai Land Department, a large government entity, to Accenture, AT&T and Verizon in the USA.

Warsame graduated from Kogod School of Business in Washington DC, USA with a master’s degree in Management Information Systems.
