Niloufar Asgarian

Niloufar Asgarian has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Niloufar currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Azki since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Human Resource Officer at Lyan Capital Management from 2021 to 2022.

Before taking on leadership roles, Niloufar worked at Divar as the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2021 to 2021 and as the Human Resources Manager from 2019 to 2021. Niloufar also worked as an HR Business Partner at Cafe Bazaar from 2018 to 2019.

Niloufar's career started as a Visiting Professor at Allameh Tabataba'i University in 2011, where they stayed until 2019. Niloufar also served as a Human Resources Manager at Sahar Company in 2016 and a Project Researcher Specialist at Human Resources Development Organisation from 2015 to 2016. In addition, Niloufar worked as a Knowledge Management Specialist at Nodak from 2014 to 2015.

Niloufar Asgarian holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Allameh Tabataba'i University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Organizational Development at the same university from 2011 to 2013. Niloufar'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University, which they earned between 2007 and 2011.
