David Brazier

VP, Clinical Operations at AZTherapies

David Brazier is the Vice President of clinical operations at AZTherapies since 2012; he is responsible for overseeing, planning, executing, and monitoring all clinical operational activities and programs. Mr. Brazier has more than 25 years of experience in clinical research, managing and monitoring Phase 1-3 clinical trials. He was also a key contributor to successful FDA drug approvals for Cubicin® (daptomycin for injection) at Cubist Pharmaceuticals (now Merck). Mr. Brazier contributed to FDA approval for Kalbitor® (ecallantide) at Dyax Corp (now Takeda). Previously Mr. Bazier is a quality control chemist at Genetics Institute (now Pfizer). He also has Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2010. Mr. Brazier served 8 years in the United States Air Force. Earned B.S. in Biology from Salem State University.
