Estibaliz Arango

Estibaliz Arango is the Recruitment & Growth of Talent Manager at AZTI. Estibaliz has been with the company since 2004, and in their current role, they are responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy for AZTI. Prior to joining AZTI, they were a Becaria predoctoral at Gobierno Vasco from 2001 to 2004.

Estibaliz Arango has a Master's degree in Professional Coaching from Mondragon University, as well as certification in Team Coaching from Emana Formación. Estibaliz is also accredited in Belbin Team Roles from Belbin Spain. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of the Basque Country. Finally, they have a degree in Industrial and Urban Sociology from the University of the Basque Country.
