Konstantin Ryadov

Konstantin Ryadov has extensive work experience in software engineering and technology leadership. Konstantin currently holds the position of Staff Software Engineer at Azul, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Researcher at the same company from July to August 2022.

Before joining Azul, Konstantin spent many years at OpenWay, where they held various roles and responsibilities. From February 2019 to March 2022, they were a Software Architect and Tech Lead, overseeing the WAY4 Application Server stack and participating in system architecture decisions. Konstantin also led a team of Java/Kotlin developers.

From February 2016 to February 2019, Konstantin served as a Key Software Engineer and Tech Lead at OpenWay. In this role, they worked as a Java Developer and Architect for the WAY4 Application Server. Konstantin was also responsible for ReactJS development for the WAY4 Application Server Management Centre and React Admin 2/3. Additionally, they worked as a Kotlin Developer and Architect for a proprietary deployment solution.

Before moving into leadership roles, Konstantin worked as a Senior Software Engineer at OpenWay from January 2012 to February 2016. Konstantin was involved in Groovy development and architecture for the WAY4 Health Monitoring system using various technologies such as Spring, SNMP, JMX, JDBC, JMS, RMI, JSF/Primefaces, and PL/SQL. Konstantin also worked as a Java developer and architect for the WAY4 Application Server Management Centre (cluster).

Konstantin's early experience at OpenWay includes the role of Software Engineer from January 2003 to January 2012. During this time, they worked on various projects, including C/C++ development for a mail sender with PGP/S-Mime support. Konstantin also worked as a Java Developer on proprietary integration bus interfaces for JMS (Oracle AQ/IBM MQ) and Mail (SMTP/IMAP/POP3). Konstantin developed Swing/AWT UI applications for clerks and worked on Oracle DB JDBC import/export tools. Additionally, they created PL/SQL procedures for monitoring business interfaces.

Overall, Konstantin Ryadov has a strong background in software engineering, architecture, and leadership roles, with a focus on Java, Kotlin, and other technologies.

Konstantin Ryadov obtained an Engineer's degree from St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they received the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from ScrumAlliance in May 2013.
