Michelle Campanella has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle is currently working as the Director of Sales Enablement at Azul since November 2021. Before that, they worked at Agile Alignment as a Change Agent, Sr. Leader, starting from April 2019.

Michelle also worked in customer care and supervisory roles at Verizon Wireless and Frontier Communications.

In 2010 and 2011, Michelle took MBA courseware at Rochester Institute of Technology, though they did not complete a degree.

From 1999 to 2001, Michelle attended Syracuse University and earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.

From 1995 to 1999, Michelle studied at SUNY Brockport and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & History.

Michelle has also obtained several certifications, including "Lead Like a Boss" and "Pitching Your Ideas Strategically" from LinkedIn in January 2020, as well as certifications in "Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up" from LinkedIn in January 2020, and "Selling to the C-Suite" and "Social Selling Foundations" from LinkedIn in November 2019. Additionally, Michelle became a Change Management Specialist through the Management and Strategy Institute in September 2017.
