Mamadou Sankare has a strong background in the culinary industry. Mamadou started their career as the Head Chef at GAUCHO in May 2016 and worked there until September 2017. Mamadou then took on a Head Chef role at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants from October 2017 to June 2018. After that, they joined M Restaurants as the Head Chef in June 2018 and stayed there until October 2021. In July 2021, they became the Executive Head Chef at ROKA Restaurants. Currently, Mamadou Sankare holds the position of Executive Head Chef at Azumi Restaurant Group, starting from August 2022.
