Namrata has extensive experience in the field of HR and Talent Acquisition. Namrata'smost recent role was as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Azure Knowledge Corporation, which they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR & Talent Acquisition at EDGE196 from December 2019 to April 2023. Before that, they worked as a Territory Manager - HR & Recruitment at Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited from April 2017 to December 2019. From February 2012 to April 2017, they held the position of HR Manager at Jetking Infotrain Limited. Namrata began their career as a Human Resources Executive at Genext Language in November 2009 and worked there until January 2012.

Namrata has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from MTU, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Namrata later pursued further education at XLRI Jamshedpur, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, they also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM HRM) specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2024 to 2025.
