Kevin Clere

Kevin Clere serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Knorr-Bremse AG as of December 2023, after an extensive career in talent acquisition and project management. Previously, Kevin held various leadership roles at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC from August 2017 to December 2023, including Director of Regional Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included opening a new Technical Center in Monterrey, MX, and managing a cross-functional team. Kevin's experience extends to Shearer's Snacks as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and managing the recruitment process at Bendix for North America. Early career roles include Corporate Recruiter at Astro Manufacturing & Design and Executive Recruiter at TEK Personnel, Inc., alongside a foundation in loan closing at Statewide Title Agency. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Human Resources from Baldwin Wallace University.
