Dr. Torsten Burghardt

Dr. Torsten Burghardt's work experience includes roles at B. Braun Gruppe, K+S Gruppe, and Universität Kassel. Dr. Torsten is currently the Head of applied labour science & innovation at B. Braun Gruppe since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Idea Management & Work Organizational Development from July 2021 to April 2022. At K+S Gruppe, they worked as the Manager Acceleration Cluster & InnoPark SI from October 2019 to June 2021. During their time at Universität Kassel, they held the positions of Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter from August 2015 to September 2019 and Studentische und wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft from September 2012 to July 2015.

Dr. Torsten Burghardt's education history includes a Doctorate in Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering from the University of Kassel in 2019.
