Jean-Claude Dubacher

Jean-Claude Dubacher has been the Chairman and CEO of B. Braun since 2019.

Dubacher began their career at McKinsey & Company as an engagement manager from 1999 to 2007. Jean-Claude then became the manufacturing site director in Spain for Advanced Medical Optics from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Abbott as the divisional vice president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for the ophthalmology division until 2017. Jean-Claude then became the regional vice president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision from 2017 to 2019.

Dubacher has a wealth of experience in the medical industry and has been instrumental in the growth of B. Braun.

Jean-Claude Dubacher has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Doctor of Law - JD from the University of Zurich.
