Erika Parkins

Erika is a Director of Strategy and Operations, based in B Capital’s New York office.

Erika joined B Capital from Estee Lauder Companies, where she led Strategic Partnerships for the Digital Technology and Innovation Group and launched, managed and scaled their Open Innovation program. She has over ten years of experience working with emerging technology and corporate innovation teams within leading global media and entertainment firms.

Erika earned a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, MA in Urban Planning from Harvard University and an MA in Journalism from New York University. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband Daniel, and their 1.5 year old son. She can usually be found at a jazz concert, film festival or buying more books than she could read.
