Aja Harbert

Aja Harbert is currently the Director of Human Resources at B Capital Group, a global firm specializing in equity investing in venture and growth-stage companies. Aja has held this position since July of 2019.

Prior to their current role, Ms. Harbert was with Bridgewest Group from March 2014 to June 2019, where they served as the Recruiting Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of recruiters in sourcing and hiring top talent for the company.
