Amira Akl is currently serving as a Community & Engagement professional at B Lab France since January 2024. Previously, Amira contributed to WeDressFair as a member of the selection collective from March 2023 to December 2023, assisting in the creation of ethical and eco-friendly clothing collections. Amira's experience includes a role as Associate Director at Kantar Consulting from February 2018 to December 2022, specializing in research and marketing across various brands and industries, with a strong focus on brand strategies, consumer insights, and market innovation. Earlier positions include Project Director at Flamingo and Art Director at PenguinCube. Amira began the career as an intern at Leo Burnett MENA. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the American University of Beirut.
