Walter Maerzendorfer

Walter Maerzendorfer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Medical Valley EMN e. V. and a member of the Advisory Boards for b-rayZ, DeepSpin, evidia, and Medical Valley Digital Health Application Center GmbH (dmac), Walter has also held the position of Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Previous roles include President of Diagnostic Imaging at Siemens Healthineers and CEO of both the Computed Tomography & Radiation Oncology and Magnetic Resonance business units at Siemens Healthcare. Walter holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.(Univ)) from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
