Meredith Freer has extensive experience in customer experience management and retail coordination, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at B-Unlimited since December 2018. In this role, Meredith has excelled at problem-solving, building sustainable customer relationships, and enhancing team performance through effective management of hiring, payroll, and budgets. Prior to this position, Meredith worked as a Retail and Shipping Coordinator at B-Unlimited from January 2016 to January 2018, overseeing retail operations, managing staff, and ensuring an organized sales environment.
