Denis Esteves MacChio

Denis Esteves Macchio is an accomplished Service Operations Manager at B2X Care Solutions since December 2020 and the owner of Macchio Serviços Corporativos, where the focus is on enhancing after-sales support for companies. With extensive experience in service management, Denis served as a Service Supervisor at Samsung Electronics (2010-2020), implementing process improvements and cost reductions, as well as leading service area development.
