Jeremias Ricardo

Jeremias Ricardo has a rich and diverse work experience. Jeremias began their career at Webmind as an Artificial Intelligence Software Engineer, where they developed machine learning systems for financial market predictions. Jeremias then moved to Embratel as a Senior System Analyst, focusing on J2EE systems for the Telecom market. After stints at Instituto Mendes de Almeida and Universidade Candido Mendes as a professor, they joined B3 as the Associate Director of Information Technology, leading system requirements and technical support for Fixed Income and OTC Derivative Systems. Jeremias later transitioned to Associate Director of Customer Experience, overseeing B2B and B2C customer support services. Jeremias eventually became Head of Tech Integration Solutions for OTC and Post Trading, where they led the innovation of systems transitioning to Event Driven and Microservices Architecture. In 2022, they founded JR Ventures as the CTO focusing on blockchain/DLT projects and web 3 applications implementation. Additionally, they taught as a Professor at Instituto Infnet for System Analysts.

Jeremias Ricardo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Universidade Federal de Viçosa from 1995 to 1998. Jeremias later pursued their Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 1999 to 2000. In addition, Jeremias obtained certifications in ITIL in 2011, PMP (Project Manager Professional) in 2009, and a Masterclass in Leadership from B3 in 2020.
