Rama Ituarte currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Synchrony since December 2023, focusing on developing and executing technology strategies aligned with business objectives. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at NovoPayment, significant organizational transformation was achieved, aligning technology for future growth. In a brief tenure at GameStop as VP of Digital Channels, Rama led initiatives that generated a $1 billion digital business. Additional experience includes roles as CTO at Lux Financial Services, where a fintech platform was developed, and 15 years at USAA, where multiple director-level positions were held, overseeing digital transformation and omnichannel strategies. Rama holds a Cryptocurrency Program Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA in Finance from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Capella University.
