Mindy CJ Lin

Mindy CJ Lin has extensive work experience in the accounting field. Mindy CJ began their career at Massey Knakal Realty Services in 2001, starting as a part-time office administrator and eventually working their way up to the role of Financial Controller. Mindy CJ was responsible for building and managing an accounting team to support a company with over 200 employees and independent contractors. During their time at Massey Knakal Realty Services, Mindy was heavily involved in merger and acquisition due diligence, multi-year audits, partner buy-outs, and regulatory agency audits.

In 2015, Mindy joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Controller for their NY Investment Sales division. Mindy CJ held this position for over a year before moving on to their current role at B6 Real Estate Advisors. As a Partner, VP, and Controller at B6 Real Estate Advisors, Mindy is responsible for setting up and managing the accounting system, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Mindy CJ oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including commission accounting, payroll processing, and budget planning. Mindy also handles various financial tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly billings.

Mindy CJ Lin attended Queens College from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting. Mindy CJ furthered their education and obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the New York State Education Department in October 2010.
