Ross Kennedy

Ross Kennedy is the current Director of Retail Operations at b8ta. Prior to their current position, Ross was a General Manager at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. from July 2014 to May 2016. During their time at PETCO, Ross supervised store staff, led employees, and delegated tasks to uphold store brand guidelines and policies. Ross also created and implemented sales strategies in partnership with vendors and staff. As a result of Ross's excellent customer service skills, they were able to address all customer and employee complaints, which increased customer loyalty scores. In addition, Ross was responsible for hiring and training new management teams and reducing employee turnover year over year. Ross also reviewed and prepared financial, inventory, account, and payroll reports to meet budget expectations.
