Hamzeh Ajlouni, CPA, CMA has a diverse and comprehensive work experience. Hamzeh currently serves as the Head of Finance at Baaz, Inc., where they are responsible for financial forecasting and reporting, as well as developing financial strategies and models to enhance business performance. From 2019 to 2021, Hamzeh served as the CFO at MenaITech, managing communication with board members and overseeing reporting, budgeting, and treasury for multiple subsidiaries. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Vega Fitness Clubs, focusing on internal controls, goal-setting, and financial analysis. Hamzeh also gained valuable experience at KPMG and Ernst & Young, where they held positions as an External Audit Supervisor and Senior Auditor, respectively. In these roles, they excelled in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Hamzeh obtained their Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting from Yarmouk University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, Hamzeh pursued further certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Hamzeh obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants, USA in 2011, and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA in 2013. These additional certifications have further solidified their expertise and credibility in the field of accounting.
