Tina Ramamurthy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tina started their career in 2005 as a Junior Account Planner at Fifth Estate Communications. Tina then worked as a Graphic Designer at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in 2006. In 2010, they worked as a Market Researcher at the Alcohol and Drug Foundation. Tina co-founded Adora Wedding & Event Planners in 2011, where they served as a Wedding Event Planner. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Visual Communication Designer at Tina Maria Design, specializing in communication design, web design, and artist branding. Tina joined Babbel in 2015 and held several positions, including Marketing Assistant, Marketing Management Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant to the CMO & VP, Marketing - Performance, Senior Executive Assistant to the Co-CEO, and finally, Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. In their current role at Babbel, they are the CEO Office Lead, responsible for driving senior leadership alignment, managing the corporate planning cycle, leading internal and external communication efforts, and building and developing the Executive team. Tina has a diverse portfolio of clients, including Sony Music, Soma Recordings, Reserve Bank of India, and Fashion TV, among others.

Tina Ramamurthy completed their education as follows:

- From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Communication degree in Advertising at RMIT University.

- From 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Advertising from Wigan & Leigh College.

- Between 2004 and 2007, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Design and Visual Communications from Loyola College.

In addition to their formal education, Tina has also acquired several certifications, including "Communication Skills for Bridging Divides" from Catalyst, "Storytelling in the Workplace" from Rochester Institute of Technology, "Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant" from BMTG (UK) Ltd, and "Inclusive Leadership Training: Becoming a Successful Leader" from Catalyst. Tina is also enrolled in the "USMx and UMD's MBA Core Curriculum MicroMasters® Program" at the University of Maryland.
