Stephanie Mottice - Hammond has extensive experience in human resources and organizational advancement. Stephanie began their career in 2004 as a Copywriting/ Account Exec Intern at WRL Advertising, Inc. Stephanie then moved on to The Timken Company, where they held various roles from Corporate Org Adv Analyst to Manager of Organizational Advancement in Rail Operations. In 2014, they transitioned to TimkenSteel Corporation as an Organizational Advancement Manager. Stephanie joined Shearer's Snacks in 2016 as the Manager of Human Resources for Millennium Operations. Currently, they are the Senior Human Resources Manager at Babcock & Wilcox, with their most recent role being the Director of People Operations & HR Strategy.

Stephanie Mottice - Hammond earned a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Walsh University in 2002-2004. In 2007-2008, they obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management & International Business from Ashland University.
