Barbara Farls

Barbara Farls is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in staffing, recruiting, policy administration, and employee development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Horsehead Corporation since October 2007, Barbara manages performance appraisals, training, and employee counseling. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Coordinator at Interforest Corporation from September 2004 to September 2007, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions including payroll, labor relations, and compliance with OSHA training. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Geneva College and has also attended Pennsylvania State University.
