Zachary Haynes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zachary currently holds the role of Vice President of Sales & Global Business Development at Babelscape, where they are responsible for driving sales and business development on a global scale. Prior to this, Zachary worked as the Consulting Director of Global Business Development and Sales at Babelscape.

Before joining Babelscape, Zachary served as the Director of Global Business Development for Oxford Dictionaries at Oxford University Press. During their time there, they also held the positions of Business Development, U.S. Director and Manager, Global Language Solutions, Business Development. In these roles, they developed key client partnerships, established new licensee partnerships, and introduced new business models leveraging acquired databases.

Zachary's earlier work experience includes a position as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and a role as a Script Coordinator/Writer at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies. Additionally, they worked as a Creative Director at This Is Just a Test Productions, where they produced, wrote, and directed online campaigns for various clients such as Jaguar USA, GlaxoSmithKline, and Pepsi. Zachary also created and sold creative proposals for online content marketing and native advertising.

Zachary Haynes obtained their B.A. degree from New York University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Berkeley Carroll School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Zachary Haynes also obtained a certification in Pragmatic Institute's Foundations of Product Management and Marketing from Pragmatic Institute in December 2021.
