Ken Leblanc

Ken LeBlanc is an accomplished technology and business leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Ken serves as an Adjunct Professor at Babson College and the Chief Information Officer at AHEAD. In addition, Ken is a mentor at Hack.Diversity and Ouellette & Associates Consulting, where the focus is on developing the next generation of technology leaders and helping young professionals in the innovation economy. Ken's previous roles include Vice President of Technology Solutions at EPAM Systems, Partner at CIO Sensei, and Chief Information Officer at Iron Mountain, where transformative strategies were implemented to enhance organizational capabilities. Ken's career began at EMC Corporation, where several leadership positions were held, significantly advancing the company's IT services and business objectives. Ken holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
