Sandra Graham is a distinguished Professor of Ethnomusicology at Babson College since June 2011, specializing in Black American music and global pop within the Division of Arts & Humanities. Prior to this role, Sandra served as a Visiting Scholar at Davidson College and held the position of Assistant Professor of Music at the University of California, Davis, where notable contributions included the initiation of a graduate program in ethnomusicology and the development of undergraduate courses in world music. Sandra's academic background includes a Ph.D. and M.A. in Music with a focus on ethnomusicology from New York University, along with B.A. degrees in Music from Moravian University and in English from St. Lawrence University.
