Iftekhar Khan began their career in 2018 as an Assistant at IndusInd Bank where they were responsible for rectification and CIF creation of all types of accounts in the finance core banking system. iftekhar also coordinated with other units such as welcome kit, signature scanning, document verification, and core upload teams. In 2019, they joined Apna as a Community Operations and Validation Analyst. iftekhar's roles included planning campaign PN's sets, community engagement strategies, identifying and featuring users, moderating spam, designing content, researching content targeting, and working as a content review analyst, moderator, curator, and user experience. In 2022, they joined BabyChakra | Good Glamm Group as a Community Associate.

Iftekhar Khan began their educational journey in 2016 when they attended Sinhgad Institute of Management, where they earned a B.m.s in Finance, General. iftekhar then continued their education in 2022 when they enrolled in Welingkar Institute of Management to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance, General.
