Nayana Nanaware has a diverse work experience. Nayana began their career in 2006 as an Administrator at Alpha Product (Chemical & Housekeeping Company), where they worked for four years. In 2012, they moved to Furtados Music, where they held the role of Account Manager. In 2014, they joined BabyChakra | Good Glamm Group, where they held the roles of Doctor Integration and Content Analyst. In their role as Content Analyst, they worked on BabyChakra, which is an award winning venture that revolutionizes how parents discover healthcare and education for their families.

Nayana Nanaware attended Mumbai University Mumbai from 2008 to 2011, where they received a Bachelor's Degree. Nayana also attended DEEP Development, though the duration of their attendance is unknown.
