Anne Simms

Anne Simms is currently the People Operations Coordinator at Babylist. Prior to this, they served as the Engagement Coordinator at March of Dimes from March 2020 to May 2020. In this role, Anne supported 500+ users in 5 Bay Area markets during the operational transition from in-person fundraising events to virtual peer-to-peer fundraising. Anne also streamlined the new registrant onboarding process by using CRM data to inform custom email campaigns in mail merge that served 15+ new registrants weekly across 5 Greater Bay Area markets. Finally, Anne increased donations by 10% through donor relation initiatives using CRM reporting, maintaining data integrity of CRM records, weekly phone touches and branded publicity mailings.

Before their role at March of Dimes, Anne was the People Coordinator + Executive Assistant to the CEO at Reflektive from November 2019 to February 2020. In this role, Anne organized concurrent administrative priorities across an 8-member Executive Leadership team and 4-member Board who served 200 employees and 450 clients worldwide. Anne also droved complex daily calendaring and meeting logistics for the CEO with an emphasis on productive 1:1s for their 10+ direct reports and excellent customer service for high-level and distributed candidate interviews. Lastly, Anne coordinated with organizational health consultants to facilitate prep work and plan the agenda for a 2-day Executive Offsite for 10 attendees.

Anne Simms started their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anne'story from the University of Iowa. Anne then added a Certificate in Museum Studies from the same school before completing their education with a Certification from HRCI in Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR).
