At IPSY, they launched the brand incubator Madeby Collective, which builds brands inspired by luminaries for passionate communities. Jennifer also built a best-in-class team of industry experts and launched multiple successful beauty brands.

At Minted, they were responsible for establishing the company as a leading player in the Greeting Cards market. Jennifer developed physical product and shopping experiences both online and offline through data-driven go-to-market strategies. Under their leadership, Minted continuously sold fresh and trend-forward product that resonated with customers.
