Jenny Fleischer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jenny is currently the CEO and Managing Director of babymarkt.de GmbH, a leading European online specialist for baby and children's equipment. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer in Digital Sales at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.
Jenny also has extensive experience at Ottobock, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing various departments and driving strategic initiatives for digital transformation. Jenny also held the position of Vice President Global Marketing Excellence at the company.
Before joining Ottobock, Jenny worked at Bayer as the VP & Global Head of Digital Excellence Consumer Health, where they focused on accelerating digital marketing and sales for global brands through eCommerce and content hubs.
Earlier in their career, Jenny held various roles at Beiersdorf AG, including Program Management Lead for Global Business Unit Digital, Global Head of Design Management, Marketing Manager for Deodorants and Face & Skin Care, Group Product Manager for Make-up, and Head of Digital & Consumer Experience.
Lastly, they began their career at Tchibo GmbH as an International Business Consultant before transitioning to Tchibo as a Project Manager for Innovation and Coffee Shop Systems.
Jenny Fleischer completed their eMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) from IMD between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Leeds Beckett University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in European Finance and Accounting, specifically a Diplom-Betriebswirtin.
