Christian Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christian began their career at Conair Corporation as a Production employee in 1996. From there, they worked as a Packaging Engineer at Chiquita and then as a Call Center Manager at Ticopager. In 2000, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Contact Center Manager. In 2004, they transitioned to IBM, where they served as a Site Leader until 2006. Following this, they joined Western Union as a Vice President of Operations until 2010. Christian then moved to Amway, where they served as Director of the Americas Enterprise Process Center. In 2011, they became a Site Leader at Convergys. In 2012, they joined Amazon as a Senior Operations Manager-Seller Support, and later became a Seller Support Senior Site Leader. In 2015, they started working for Bacardi, initially as Director of Bacardi Business Services, and later as Senior Director of Global Shared Services. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Bacardi Enterprise Services, and most recently, in 2023, they took on their current role as Senior Director of Global Procurement Finance and Services at Bacardi.

Christian Rodriguez has a diverse education history. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Christian'sundergraduate education was also at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they earned a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering from 1989 to 1995. Christian also holds a certification as a GBS Executive Advisory Speaker from The Hackett Group Inc., which they obtained in 2021.
