Chuck Polette

Chuck Polette has a strong background in sales and leadership roles, with experience in the beverage industry. Chuck most recently held the position of Senior Director Customer Marketing at Bacardi since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Diageo in various roles, including Sales Director for Missouri and Kansas, Sales Manager for Outstate Illinois, Key Account Manager for Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, and Distributor Manager for Dallas/Fort Worth. Chuck also has experience at Sysco as a Sales Associate. Throughout their career, Chuck has been responsible for driving sales growth, managing teams, developing brand plans, and ensuring distributor execution.

Chuck Polette obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Jefferson College in 1997. Chuck then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999. In 2010, they received a certification as a Cicerone Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program.
