Olga Pronina has a wide range of work experience in consumer and market insight roles. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Consumer & Market Insight at Bacardi starting in December 2020. Before that, Olga held the position of Head of Consumer Insight & Business Intelligence at Pernod Ricard from October 2016 to December 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Consumer & Market Intelligence Manager at HEINEKEN from April 2014 to October 2016. Olga also worked as a Consumer Insight Manager at Ehrmann from May 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they held various positions including Marketing Research Manager at Pernod Ricard Rouss from March 2009 to May 2012, Senior Research Manager at Ipsos from October 2006 to March 2009, and Project Leader at MASMI from September 2002 to October 2006.
Olga Pronina attended Lomonosov Moscow State University from 1995 to 1999, where they studied chemistry. Olga then pursued a degree in law from Russian State Social University from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they enrolled at College Universitaire Francaise de Moscou, where they studied sociology.
